World trade grew by 267% from 1990 to 2010. Emerging markets will continue to shift the balance of power into a more democratic playing field, which will increase moderation across the globe as the UN gains power through minor players. Now I can sleep well for the rest of this week. The world’s cycles are so long. It’s sad that I won’t be alive to see the world as it becomes new again.
