Ends and Beginnings
The sheep follow wherever the shepherd leads
The sheep also run wherever the wolf is not
These movements are based on concrete realities
Death and life
No one escapes death
And however hard one may try, no one escapes life either
Humans are caught between these two hands
Smacking together creating a loud noise!
The sheep never stop to inhale this sound
Look around and drive into the dirt each’s internal truths
They walk along the grass, grazing
Following and wallowing, waiting for death
A wolf trots by the herd
Gazing at all the sheep while the shepherd is close by
He thinks
How did I become a wolf?
See, humans are unlike animals
We change shape and form
We have the power to carve our minds design according to our inclinations
This is a human process
One that has been preached a thousand times across human history
It can be ignored
Still it is there
Lying in wait for a soul with fortitude
Opening up its doors and smack!
The bell has begun to ring in the deep
Soon enough, it grows loud like a singing bowl
Echoing for all to hear
The human mind reveals much to the human eye
A diamond may only be ignored not hidden
Then the wolf thinks, can I become a lion or a bear?
It may be so
Nature has offered this being a path
Who is to say where this journey ends?
The ocean is large and the mountains are tall
What is a soul compared to natures wonders?
To lose oneself in time, is a dangerous place for the mind
Still, it has brought us here
Look at what changes have occurred
Do not say the sheep should remain a sheep
For to ignore nature’s noble truths
Is it be a sheep
There is no fault, nor wrongdoing
As one must be responsible for their joys and misgivings
The path may be very long
And when it ends is truly unimportant
Has any human ever found the limit to imagination
Every year it changes
It is we who decide what grows
Where and how much
Just like a gardener
Or a shepherd
To have enough sheep
Or enough plants
To have travelled far enough
And have felt deep enough
Is up to nature and the truths that are found within
Listen
As this is the start of imagination
